This includes assisting in floor moves, maintaining attractive displays and ensuring the store’s overall cleanliness and organization. Efficient processing of merchandise and sales transactions at the point of sale (POS) is vital, along with managing cash and media accountabilities accurately. Beyond these tasks, Sales Partners are encouraged to continually develop their skills, working closely with store leadership to improve performance metrics such as units per transaction and average dollar per transaction. Maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies is essential to this role.
