Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance preferably in sales or media fields
  • Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment

Job Duties

  • Perform all clerical functions for the sales department
  • Maintain awareness of current traffic policies, practices and procedures
  • Enter order, traffic and accounting data using computers, ledgers, orders and other resources
  • Correspond with customers and confer with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems
  • Prepare forms and reports
  • Monitor inventory
  • Maintain files and other business records
  • Greet and provide customer service to visitors
  • Answer and route telephone calls
  • Take phone messages for other personnel
  • Accept packages from couriers and prepare packages for shipment
  • Perform clerical functions as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
