The Sales Assistant/Receptionist plays a crucial role within the Sales Department, working diligently under established guidelines to maximize revenue opportunities both from an order entry and accounting perspective. Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance preferably in sales or media fields

Job Duties
- Perform all clerical functions for the sales department
- Maintain awareness of current traffic policies, practices and procedures
- Enter order, traffic and accounting data using computers, ledgers, orders and other resources
- Correspond with customers and confer with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems
- Prepare forms and reports
- Monitor inventory
- Maintain files and other business records
- Greet and provide customer service to visitors
- Answer and route telephone calls
- Take phone messages for other personnel
- Accept packages from couriers and prepare packages for shipment
- Perform clerical functions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
