The Sales & Service Representative (SSR) role at Crystal Clean is a dynamic position designed for motivated individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and environmental stewardship. Beyond sales, the position involves providing crucial services at customer facilities, such as operating parts washing units and managing waste drum pickups using advanced, company-provided equipment. Safety and efficiency are top priorities, as the SSR must adhere strictly to safety protocols, inspect vehicles and equipment regularly, and optimize routes to reduce travel time and enhance service delivery. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is key, with a focus on upselling additional services and generating new business opportunities. The role also includes meeting sales quotas and contributing significantly to Crystal Clean's overall revenue objectives. This position offers a competitive salary range between $50,000 and $75,000 annually, comprised of a weekly base pay plus an uncapped commission structure incentivizing performance excellence.
