Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant technical experience or certifications preferred for RV technician roles
- ability to work full-time, including occasional overtime
- ability to stand and physically perform tasks associated with RV maintenance and repair
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- strong work ethic and punctuality
- excellent communication skills
- ability to operate diagnostic and repair tools
- willingness to learn
- ability to pass background and drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, HVAC/AC systems, general maintenance, or plumbing
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently
- generate new business through phone outreach and social media engagement
- manage and track your pipeline using CRM tools
- build rapport and guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions
- present solutions that align with customer needs, lifestyle, and budget
- deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through post-sale
- follow up to drive repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty
- diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems
- perform scheduled maintenance on RVs including oil changes, battery checks, tire and brake checks, and sealant inspections
- install RV accessories including hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, furniture, and more
- track all parts and materials used and ensure proper documentation of diagnostics, cause, and repairs in work orders
- communicate clearly with service advisors and managers about job status, additional needs, and timing
- ensure the final product meets quality standards before returning to the customer
- keep work area clean, safe, and organized
- attend required paid company training and stay up to date with product knowledge
