In addition, the Service Advisor performs visual inspections and documentation, helps maintain showroom and inventory standards, and collaborates closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations within the service center. The ideal candidate for this role will bring 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive environments, with a proven track record of customer service and the ability to successfully sell services. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently with problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude. Physical requirements include having a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally to assist with shop flow. Flexibility in availability, including weekends, is necessary to meet customer needs when they require service the most.
