DePAW Pet Resort is currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join their enthusiastic team. This role is designed for individuals who have a high energy level, enjoy engaging with people, and possess excellent sales and communication skills. The position involves handling incoming calls from both current and prospective clients, promoting the resort's services, booking reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Apart from sales responsibilities, the Inside Sales Representative will also have the opportunity to engage directly with pets by providing facility tours and participating in local pet events. Candidates must be comfortable around all types of dog breeds and sizes, including managing behavioral aspects such as dogs that pull, jump up, or bark.

Job Qualifications

  • Some inside sales success preferred
  • previous experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, inbound sales representative, reservation agent, or phone sales representative
  • polished verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • motivated and positive attitude
  • experience with Gingr Reservation System is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
  • utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success
  • providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
  • handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes and add-ons
  • providing facility tours and staffing local pet events
  • handling dogs that pull, jump up and bark
