The Sales and Operations Advisor role at DriveTime is a dynamic and rewarding position designed for individuals passionate about customer service and automotive sales. This role focuses on engaging with customers by understanding their automotive needs and guiding them through the sales and financing processes to ensure a successful purchase. The advisor is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial customer contact to closing the sale, while also supporting operational functions within the dealership. This includes duties such as opening and closing the store, inventory management, cash handling, and compliance tasks related to documentation and vehicle registration. You will manage appointments and sales calls to convert leads into completed sales effectively. Beyond customer engagement, you will support the operational backbone of the dealership, ensuring that all processes are conducted efficiently and meet company standards. This includes maintaining expert knowledge of inventory and financing options, completing audits, and performing administrative duties such as handling tags and title registrations.

This progression is supported by ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you build crucial sales competencies like negotiation and customer experience management. Advisors will also contribute to a positive team environment and may serve as training partners for new hires, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. This full-time position offers a competitive salary with opportunities for advancement within the company, making it an ideal opportunity for driven sales professionals seeking a career in automotive retail and operations.
