Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of administrative experience
  • hospitality experience preferred
  • comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • basic Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • familiarity with CRM, hotel PMS, diagramming, or reservations software preferred
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide day-to-day administrative sales support
