- A degree in a related field is preferred though equivalent professional experience will be considered
- At least two years of experience in administrative support, event coordination, hospitality, or a similar environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications along with familiarity with CRM or event management tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities with attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality and sound decision making
