Job Requirements

- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- strong computer skills including experience with database management
- excellent communication skills
- previous experience in a similar sales or events support role preferred

Job Duties
- manage and maintain the Envision database ensuring sales and events bookings and client information are accurate and up to date
- support the sales team with lead management RFP distribution account administration and database maintenance
- assist with client communications including responding to inquiries qualifying leads coordinating follow-up and preparing correspondence
- prepare sales contracts proposals presentations reports and other sales-related documents
- generate weekly and ad hoc reports and maintain accurate sales records and booking information
- provide administrative support for group sales and event planning activities including account management and workflow coordination
- coordinate event-related administrative tasks including group resumes billing reviews guest amenities and room block details
