Job Duties
- Conduct engaging tours of The Cove Social Club for prospective clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process
- Coordinate logistics for weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings
- Work closely with clients to finalize timelines, layouts, and event details
- Communicate with vendors including caterers, planners, DJs, florists, and rental companies
- Ensure all event requirements and timelines are clearly documented and executed
- Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure the venue is prepared and presented beautifully
- Act as the on-site coordinator during events to manage timelines and troubleshoot issues
- Provide hands-on support to clients and vendors throughout the event
- Maintain organized records of bookings, event details, and client communication
- Assist with venue scheduling and calendar management
- Ensure the venue remains clean, organized, and ready for upcoming events
