Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles with a focus on customer service or event coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles with a focus on customer support or event coordination
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry systems
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling multi-line phone systems effectively
- Previous office experience involving filing, proofreading, time management, and customer service
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing detailed information about available services and packages
- Manage the booking process for catering events, including contract preparation, deposit collection, and scheduling
- Coordinate with clients to customize menus, event details, and special requests ensuring all specifications are met
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and correspondence using QuickBooks and other office management tools
- Oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries with professional phone etiquette
- Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records
- Assist with calendar management for events and meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while supporting team members as a personal assistant when needed
