The Sales and Catering Coordinator role at Great Wolf Lodge is a vital position focused on supporting the sales and catering teams to achieve revenue goals, enhance quality service, and encourage repeat business. Job Duties
- Complete administrative tasks supporting all group sales efforts as assigned by the director of sales and catering including preparing sales kits and contracts
- complete banquet event orders and resumes for clients and operations departments
- enter accurate rooming lists, routing information, tax-exempt status, and verify payment in company software systems
- monitor room blocks and communicate with appropriate property personnel regarding group room pick-ups and rooming lists
- investigate and resolve group complaints such as billing issues, misplaced items, reservations, and contract discrepancies
- organize and coordinate client appreciation and in-house lodge events
- provide detailed information on meeting-specific needs throughout the booking process from negotiation through departure
