This position plays a vital role in supporting the sales and catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of group events and meetings within the hotel. The Sales & Catering Coordinator will be instrumental in managing the administrative side of sales activities and acting as a property liaison for clients and internal teams. - Prior experience in event planning or event sales required
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for detailing and servicing all group business turned over from the team and provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team
- Receive and filter all sales leads to the appropriate sales manager
- Plan event details and act as property liaison for planning and execution of meetings/events, including outlining of details and Banquet Event Orders
- Manage the sale efforts between the sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenue
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters relating to The Quail
