With a focus on group sales and a strong sales team, we continuously seek individuals passionate about advancing their careers in hotel sales and management. Our brand is synonymous with excellence in guest services, and we are dedicated to maintaining this standard through a motivated and skilled workforce.
Currently, we are seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Administrative Coordinator specializing in Group Housing to join our dynamic hotel sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting a high-performing sales team, and is eager to develop their skills within the hospitality sector. The Sales Administrative Coordinator position offers a unique blend of responsibilities involving both sales operations and group housing management – making it an excellent foundation for career advancement into sales or leadership positions within the hotel industry.
As a Sales Administrative Coordinator, you will provide crucial administrative support that ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the sales department. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating group housing blocks, handling rooming lists, cutoff dates, and inventory monitoring. Acting as the vital communication link between clients, sales managers, and various hotel departments, you will facilitate accurate, timely, and professional interactions that contribute to the overall success of group sales initiatives.
This role offers a comprehensive introduction to group sales and revenue strategy, providing exposure that enables you to understand the complexities of client engagement and sales workflows. You will assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations, as well as monitor group pickup and performance to proactively identify revenue opportunities. Maintaining accurate records within hotel systems and ensuring data integrity is another essential aspect of this position.
Beyond administrative tasks, you will play an active role in supporting client relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail. Opportunities to assist with site visits, client events, and on-property group execution further enhance your exposure to the full spectrum of hotel sales operations.
This is more than just an administrative role; it is a launchpad for motivated individuals who aspire to develop a rewarding career within the hospitality industry. The position provides a clear pathway for advancement into roles such as Sales Manager and other leadership positions.
