Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage and coordinate group housing blocks including rooming lists cutoff dates and inventory monitoring
  • Act as a liaison between clients sales managers and hotel departments to ensure accurate and timely communication
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals contracts and sales presentations
  • Monitor group pickup and performance proactively identifying opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate records within hotel systems and ensure data integrity
  • Support client relationships by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Assist with site visits client events and on-property group execution as needed
