In this role, you will coordinate sales efforts for catering services, manage event documentation, and provide real-time support for small-scale events involving up to 50 guests and limited guest room nights. Your duties will include soliciting and responding to customer inquiries, hosting clients for site tours, drafting contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. You will also contribute to maintaining up-to-date marketing collateral that effectively promotes the hotel’s unique offerings. Being a key point of contact for guests, you will handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee positive experiences. This multifaceted position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Working at Hilton means becoming part of a team dedicated not only to guest satisfaction but also to employee wellbeing. Hilton invests in its employees by offering a range of benefits that support financial security, mental health, caregiving support, paid parental leave, and exceptional travel perks. The company’s commitment to fostering a supportive and uplifting workplace culture ensures every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.
