JW Marriott prides itself on fostering an empowering work environment where employees are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. The company cultivates a culture emphasizing the wellbeing of its associates, guiding them to deliver superior service to guests worldwide. This position is a full-time, non-management role based onsite at the Dallas location, contributing to one of the most prestigious hotel brands known globally for exquisite hospitality experiences.
The Property Administrative Specialist plays a crucial role in the operational success of the hotel. The role demands physical activity such as standing, sitting, walking for long periods, bending, and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds as needed. It also involves responding promptly to workplace concerns, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions, and undertaking reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors. This position is fundamental in achieving operational goals while embodying the hospitality values that Marriott International and JW Marriott represent.
Working at JW Marriott means joining a diverse and inclusive community that celebrates the unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences of its employees. The company actively promotes equal employment opportunities and takes pride in cultivating a workplace that respects and values every individual. Prospective candidates can expect a collaborative team environment, opportunities for continuous learning and development, and the chance to work within a prestigious brand committed to delivering 'A wonderful hotel experience, always.' In sum, this opportunity allows you to perform your best work, fulfill your purpose, join an incredible global team, and become your best self.
