The Property Administrative Specialist role at JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa is a full-time, non-management position that plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the hotel. This administrative role requires the specialist to work across multiple departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, Food and Beverage to support various administrative needs. Responsibilities include preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software, serving as a point of contact for clients and vendors, and acting as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout all phases of event management—pre-event, event, and post-event.

This position is integral to ensuring seamless hotel operations, demanding a professional demeanor in uniform, communication, and appearance. It also emphasizes the importance of maintaining a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, and supporting a team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and listening skills are critical. Physical requirements include the ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform occasional bending and stooping.
