The Sales Account Executive role at Evosus is a pivotal position responsible for driving new logo SaaS business sales. This is a full-time, non-exempt role offering a hybrid work environment, giving employees the flexibility to work remotely, from the office, or a combination of both. The base pay ranges between $32.00 and $38.00 per hour, with additional commission potential based on performance. This position demands a highly driven and tech-savvy individual skilled at managing the full sales cycle — from initial lead qualification to closing deals.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will take ownership of engaging prospective clients, leading discovery conversations, and demonstrating how Evosus’s cloud business solutions can alleviate their operational challenges. Ideal candidates are relentless hunters who keep a robust sales pipeline through expert research, proactive outreach, and consistent, professional follow-up. Your daily efforts will involve qualifying leads, responding to inbound inquiries, and participating in outbound sales activities while demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of Evosus’s software and hardware offerings.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, relationship-building talents, and the ability to translate complex business pain points into compelling value propositions. You will represent Evosus at industry tradeshows and events, particularly during heavy travel seasons in the first quarter of the year, furthering the company’s brand recognition and customer engagement. Job Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in sales
  • 3 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to travel extensively in Q1
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed quotas
  • Ability to work in hybrid environments
  • Authorized to work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience working in a mid-level sales role
  • 3 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and G-Suite
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with specialty retail or field service businesses preferred
  • Experience using Evosus products preferred
  • Experience managing a pipeline or book of business preferred

Job Duties

  • Communicate with assigned prospects using phone, video calls and email
  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and efficiently
  • Proactively participate in outbound sales campaigns
  • Prioritize daily activities to achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Demonstrate software and add-on products via online and in person
  • Ensure orders are accepted only from qualified clients
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
  • Assist internal sales efforts
  • Document daily activities in CRM
  • Persistently follow up with prospects to close sales
  • Participate in brainstorming, meetings, and events
  • Represent Evosus professionally at tradeshows and public events
