Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service

  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team performance
  • Report results to other managers and leadership
  • Act as the face of the restaurant in the community
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance
