Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capable of walking stairs and using step ladders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes loud environment with varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Financial acumen in managing budgets and controlling costs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Assist Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold company policies
