Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions such as chopping and stirring
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • Capability to walk stairs and use step ladders
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Work in fast-paced, loud environments
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage performance and build teams
  • Strong customer service skills including complaint resolution
  • Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Attention to detail related to food quality and safety compliance

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence
  • Lead and develop restaurant staff to foster a positive working environment
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with senior management on operational improvements
