Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen areas
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in varying temperature zones and exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals
- Use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety training
- Job duties include indoor and outdoor activities and awareness of potential hazards
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Financial acumen including budget and cost management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Attention to detail especially related to food quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and performance management
- Maintain quality control and compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Create a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service standards
- Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture
