Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen areas
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature zones and exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals
  • Use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety training
  • Job duties include indoor and outdoor activities and awareness of potential hazards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Financial acumen including budget and cost management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail especially related to food quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and performance management
  • Maintain quality control and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Create a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for guests and team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service standards
  • Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture
