Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of 4-8 hours with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping and carrying
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using appropriate lifting equipment or assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in loud, fast-paced environment with varying temperature zones
- Awareness of safety hazards and proper use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry with strong operations, staff management, and customer service background
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
- Proven leadership ability to develop and motivate teams
- Strong customer service skills with complaint resolution experience
- Financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Attention to detail regarding food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership, quality control, and financial performance
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Lead and develop staff to foster a positive work environment and improve performance
- Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
