Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of 4-8 hours with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping and carrying
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using appropriate lifting equipment or assistance for heavier loads
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently in the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in loud, fast-paced environment with varying temperature zones
  • Awareness of safety hazards and proper use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry with strong operations, staff management, and customer service background
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
  • Proven leadership ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Strong customer service skills with complaint resolution experience
  • Financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail regarding food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership, quality control, and financial performance
  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
  • Lead and develop staff to foster a positive work environment and improve performance
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
