Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to varying temperature zones including hot kitchens and cold storage
  • Use of proper personal protective equipment
  • Awareness of potential hazards like hot surfaces and sharp objects
  • Adaptability to indoor and outdoor work settings

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
  • Ability to analyze situations and solve problems effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Attention to detail regarding food quality and safety compliance

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Assist Restaurant Manager with team leadership and performance management
  • Maintain quality control of food and service standards
  • Manage financial performance including budgets and cost control
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and staff
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture
