Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- capability to walk up and down stairs and use step ladders

- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with proper equipment or assistance for heavier loads

- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- exposure to varying temperature zones including hot kitchen areas and cold storage

- adaptability to indoor and outdoor tasks
- awareness of potential hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- at least two years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is preferred
- proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage team performance
- strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- effective problem-solving abilities
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- attention to detail especially regarding food quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and development
- maintain quality control of food and service standards
- manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- train and mentor staff to promote a positive and productive work environment
