Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening

- Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
- Proven leadership ability to develop and manage a team
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve complaints
- Financial acumen in managing budgets and controlling costs
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- Manage quality control and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive guest experience
- Schedule and organize multiple priorities, tasks, and staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
