Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 4-8 hours with periodic breaks
  • Capability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, and carrying
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Ability to walk stairs and use step ladders
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in loud, fast-paced, and varying temperature environments
  • Awareness of kitchen hazards and use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop a team
  • Strong customer service abilities with conflict resolution experience
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for operational challenges
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail in food quality and safety compliance

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and development
  • Maintain food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
  • Resolve customer complaints to maintain positive guest experiences
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports team collaboration and high performance
