Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for 4-8 hours with periodic breaks
- Capability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, and carrying
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Ability to walk stairs and use step ladders
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in loud, fast-paced, and varying temperature environments
- Awareness of kitchen hazards and use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong customer service abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management
- Excellent problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail in food quality and safety compliance
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and development
- Maintain food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints to maintain positive guest experiences
- Foster a positive work environment that supports team collaboration and high performance
