Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening

  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy, and temperature-varying environments
  • Awareness of hazards including hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
  • Use of proper personal protective equipment and training

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve operational problems
  • Attention to detail regarding food quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure positive guest experiences
  • Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
