Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive motions such as chopping and stirring
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper equipment if needed
  • Move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work in a loud, fast-paced environment with varying temperature zones
  • Use personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols
  • Adapt to indoor and outdoor work settings with awareness of hazards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Proven leadership ability to develop and manage a team
  • Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills
  • Financial acumen including budget management and cost control
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail regarding food quality and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Assist Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
  • Maintain quality control and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Create a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
