Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Ability to walk stairs and use step ladder
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in loud, fast-paced environments
- Adaptability to varying temperature zones including hot kitchens and cold storage
- Use of personal protective equipment
- Awareness of temperature fluctuations and food safety practices
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Awareness of hazards like hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- Financial acumen with budgeting and cost control experience
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail especially in food quality and sanitation
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assist in team leadership and staff development
- Maintain quality control and compliance with food safety standards
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Create a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and employees
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment
