Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Previous management experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage multiple departments and lead teams effectively
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Willingness to recruit, hire, and develop management staff
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail management is an asset
- Ability to set and achieve business goals
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify for a management position
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers, monitor their performance, and improve departmental operations
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily operations and staffing to maintain efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee growth and teamwork
