Job Description

Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Previous management experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant or similar environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to manage multiple departments and lead teams effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Willingness to recruit, hire, and develop management staff

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail management is an asset
  • Ability to set and achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Must be 18 years or older to qualify for a management position

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers, monitor their performance, and improve departmental operations
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Oversee daily operations and staffing to maintain efficient service and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee growth and teamwork
