Job Requirements
- Able to lift handle carry food smallwares equipment supplies and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds
- Able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours
- Able to bend kneel stoop reach and squat frequently to receive and store stock supplies and equipment and work the line during service
- Able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors employees vendors and guests
- Able to taste to distinguish between and among flavors spices temperatures mouth feel and smell to distinguish between and among odors and scents for food and beverage products
- Background check required
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of pantry or cold-side kitchen experience preferred fine dining a plus
- Strong knife skills and attention to presentation details
- Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions with accuracy
- Organized clean and efficient work habits
- Dependable team-focused attitude with a passion for food
Job Duties
- Prepare cold dishes with precision including salads appetizers desserts and garnishes
- Follow standardized recipes and plating guides to ensure consistency and presentation
- Ensure all items are prepared in a timely and accurate manner for guest orders
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitized station throughout service
- Assist with prep work restocking and closing duties as needed
