Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior food preparation experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and work under supervision
- Must be available to work in person
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to be certified satisfactorily from MISTER O1 training program
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and menu guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza
- Inspect and clean, and maintain food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- Responsible for the quality of products served by ensuring food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
