The role in focus is a Retail Team Member position, specifically a Salad and Sandwich Maker, which is essential to upholding Panera's standard of quality and guest satisfaction. As a Salad and Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling fresh salads, plating soups, and crafting sandwiches with real ingredients—eschewing fast-food assembly lines in favor of genuine culinary care. This is a flexible position suitable for those aged 16 and older, with food safety training and ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends. Benefits include competitive pay, eligibility for team tips, free meals during shifts, paid vacation and holidays for full-time employees, medical and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, career advancement programs, tuition discounts, and more. Panera encourages ambition and initiative, promoting a workplace where team members can thrive and have fun while delivering exceptional service to guests.
