The Salad/Pantry position at Perry's is a crucial role that supports the kitchen's smooth operations and the overall guest satisfaction. This role involves preparing, organizing, and maintaining the salad and pantry stations according to Perry's strict guidelines. The employee ensures all items are restocked timely throughout their shift, follows precise recipes, and adheres to portion controls and presentation specifications to maintain the high-quality standards the restaurant is known for. Job Duties

  • Set up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
  • restock all items as needed throughout the shift
  • follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • clean and maintain station practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
  • demonstrate understanding and knowledge of proper equipment use and maintenance
  • perform basic preparation duties including handling raw produce and meats following quality and food safety standards
  • perform additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers
