Within this vibrant environment, the Barback position is a vital role supporting the bars, particularly at the Saguaro Pool, an adult pool setting designed for guests 21 and older. This tranquil yet contemporary venue includes eight private cabanas, five daybeds, and a bar serving carefully crafted cocktails and eclectic cuisine. The Barback is responsible for assisting bartenders in the preparation, service, and maintenance of bar and beverage operations. This includes managing beverage inventories, setting up glassware and equipment, ensuring the bar and surrounding areas meet health and cleanliness standards, and replenishing supplies efficiently.

High school graduates are preferred, and prior food and beverage experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The position also requires candidates to have a Food Handlers Card.
