This is a second-shift role, operating from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, which calls for a specialized candidate who is comfortable managing safety operations during these hours. Responsibilities entail conducting regular site inspections using advanced software tools like Predictive Solutions, managing safety documentation and binders, coordinating Pre-Construction Safety Planning meetings with subcontractors, and serving as a resource to field teams on compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and JCAHO standards, among others. Additional duties include reviewing subcontractor safety programs and Job Hazard Analyses before mobilization, monitoring toolbox talks, investigating accidents, and collaborating closely with the Regional Risk Manager to preemptively address claims trends and risks.

Candidates will also be tasked with delivering critical training sessions in OSHA 10 or 30 Hour courses, HAZWOPER, and other pertinent safety topics, making this position integral to cultivating a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
