We are currently seeking a highly qualified Safety Manager to join our team on-site at our Des Plaines location. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,615.05 to $94,518.82 and plays a critical role in overseeing and implementing our comprehensive safety programs. The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and enforcing safety policies, conducting regular risk assessments, and leading safety training initiatives across the organization. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively collaborate with different departments to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in occupational health and safety standards, possess strong analytical skills, and be adept at problem-solving to mitigate potential hazards.
