Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in safety management
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Des Plaines
- Certification in safety management preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and proactive
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field
- Proven experience as a safety manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to conduct training and safety presentations

Job Duties
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
- Lead safety training sessions and workshops
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety
- Maintain safety documentation and prepare reports
