Confidentiality in handling reports, documentation, and proprietary company information is paramount. The security professional will be a key point of contact for guests and employees, providing assistance during emergencies and ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards, including alcoholic beverage control laws.

The position also involves supporting management in training, motivating, and coaching staff, serving as a role model and embodying the company’s Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy.
