The Safety & Loss Prevention Manager role at Class X is a critical position entrusted with developing and managing a comprehensive safety and security program across the property. This role involves overseeing physical security infrastructure, leading a professional security team, risk mitigation strategies, and maintaining seamless protocol execution without compromising the luxurious and welcoming atmosphere of the environment. Job Requirements

Five plus years of progressive experience in security management or related field
Two years supervisory experience
Current Florida Class D Security License or ability to obtain
Strong knowledge of security systems and protocols
Experience preparing formal incident reports
CPR and AED certification preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Ability to work Monday to Friday, onsite

Job Qualifications

Five plus years of progressive experience in security management or law enforcement
At least two years in a supervisory capacity
Experience in luxury hospitality or high-profile private environments preferred
Current Florida Class D Security License required, Class G preferred or ability to obtain
Deep knowledge of physical security systems and CCTV technology
Proven investigative and incident management skills
Emergency management credentials including CPR and AED certification preferred
Exceptional judgment and de-escalation skills
Impeccable professional integrity and discretion
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Duties

Develop, implement, and refine safety and loss prevention programs
Oversee daily security operations including CCTV monitoring and access control
Manage and maintain physical security infrastructure
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise security team
Conduct ongoing training and performance evaluations
Serve as primary responder for security incidents and conduct investigations
Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory agencies
Identify vulnerabilities and manage risk mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies
Build trusted tenant and staff relationships and address safety concerns promptly
