Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic computer skills or willingness to learn reservation and point-of-sale systems
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- a natural people-person with great communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping cool under pressure
- organized, punctual, and able to multitask like a seasoned operative
- comfortable using reservation platforms and point-of-sale systems (training provided)
- prior experience as a host or in guest service is a plus, but not required
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to lean into the theme-spy gear optional, fun personality required
Job Duties
- welcome incoming agents with warmth, confidence, and a wink of secrecy
- manage and maintain a smooth flow of guest arrivals, reservations, and walk-ins using mission-ready reservation systems
- coordinate table assignments to optimize seating efficiency and guest experience
- deliver secret instructions and coded messages (menus, special missions) with charm and accuracy
- answer incoming calls on the secure line and respond to inquiries with wit and professionalism
- keep the front entrance and host station impeccably clean and mission-ready at all times
- work closely with fellow agents (servers, servers assistants, managers) to ensure seamless operations and guest delight
- protect the integrity of the mission at all times-no unvetted agents slip past your post
