Job Duties

  • Deliver and enforce outstanding customer service in accordance with McDonald's standards
  • Work with demanding customers and resolve their concerns using problem-solving skills
  • Interact and collaborate with crew and other managers to meet operational goals
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with team members
  • Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance
  • Wear full, clean, and pressed uniform and maintain proper grooming
  • Prepare and serve food products according to company standards
  • Enforce procedures for cooking, cashiering, food preparation, and cleaning
  • Ensure food safety, quality standards, and proper inventory control
  • Support labor control by monitoring staffing
  • Complete required training modules and support crew development
  • Lead and supervise crew members during shifts
  • Provide coaching and accountability to team members
  • Manage daily operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, and performance
