Job Duties
- Deliver and enforce outstanding customer service in accordance with McDonald's standards
- Work with demanding customers and resolve their concerns using problem-solving skills
- Interact and collaborate with crew and other managers to meet operational goals
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with team members
- Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance
- Wear full, clean, and pressed uniform and maintain proper grooming
- Prepare and serve food products according to company standards
- Enforce procedures for cooking, cashiering, food preparation, and cleaning
- Ensure food safety, quality standards, and proper inventory control
- Support labor control by monitoring staffing
- Complete required training modules and support crew development
- Lead and supervise crew members during shifts
- Provide coaching and accountability to team members
- Manage daily operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, and performance
