Job Duties

  • Deliver and enforce outstanding customer service in line with McDonald's standards
  • work effectively with demanding customers and resolve concerns using problem-solving skills
  • collaborate with crew and managers to meet daily operational goals

  • arrive to work on time and maintain consistent attendance

  • monitor sanitation and equipment safety
  • minimize waste and manage inventory

  • complete required training and apply knowledge on the job
