Job Duties
- Deliver and enforce outstanding customer service in line with McDonald's standards
- work effectively with demanding customers and resolve concerns using problem-solving skills
- collaborate with crew and managers to meet daily operational goals
- maintain professional and respectful communication with team members
- arrive to work on time and maintain consistent attendance
- wear full, clean, and pressed uniform and follow grooming standards
- prepare and serve food products according to company standards
- enforce cooking, cashiering, food preparation, and cleaning procedures
- demonstrate urgency, energy, and efficiency during shifts
- follow all company policies including cash handling and safety
- maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
- ensure food safety, quality standards, and proper food handling procedures
- monitor sanitation and equipment safety
- minimize waste and manage inventory
- support labor control and staffing adjustments
- complete required training and apply knowledge on the job
- develop crew and future leaders
- lead and supervise crew during shifts
- provide coaching and feedback
- hold team accountable to standards and policies
- report incidents and complete documentation
- manage daily operations focusing on quality, service, and cleanliness
- monitor speed of service, order accuracy, and performance
