High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Ensure all food safety, systems, and quality standards
Enforce proper food handling and accurate portion control
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
Ensure safe operation of equipment
Minimize waste and ensure proper inventory
Support labor control by monitoring staffing
Complete required training modules
Support restaurant goals and performance metrics
Support crew and future leader development
Follow up on employee training
