Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Must be able to handle fast-paced work environment

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customer satisfaction with fast, accurate, friendly experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan shifts and monitor team performance
- Take actions to meet McDonald’s quality, service, cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate with next shift manager to ensure seamless shift transition
- Manage food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, and training
