The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding to run the restaurant. It is important to note that employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline, are made solely by this independent franchisee, and McDonald's USA does not have any control or involvement in these employment matters. Therefore, if hired for this position, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
The role available is for a Shift Manager position within this McDonald's franchisee-operated restaurant. The Shift Manager serves as a key leader in the restaurant, guiding and motivating the crew and other managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences every shift.
