Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Previous experience as a restaurant General Manager
  • Ability to work 45 to 55 hours per week
  • Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Commitment to enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Availability to respond to urgent operational issues outside scheduled shifts

Job Duties

  • Ensure full compliance with all McDonald's policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant at all times
  • Deliver excellence in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Deliver, model, and enforce outstanding customer service in accordance with McDonald's standards and procedures
  • Work with demanding customers
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly using established service recovery methods
  • Ensure a positive experience for every customer visit
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
  • Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with crew and other managers to meet daily operational goals
