Job Description

This job posting is for a General Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This franchisee has a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a separate company and employer. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, which is solely responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not control any employment decisions related to this restaurant. Your application will be submitted to the franchisee only, and McDonald's USA will not have access to it or be involved in your employment process.
