This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, not directly by McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and branding while running the restaurant, but it operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled solely by the franchisee, who is the employer for this position. McDonald’s USA does not manage these employment matters nor receives employment applications or participates in the hiring process. This role is for a General Manager position at a McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The General Manager plays a crucial leadership role by running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the location meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, which are high and essential to customer satisfaction and business success. The General Manager collaborates with their leader to set goals and create actionable plans to achieve these objectives effectively.
