Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish/Russian/Mandarin, Early Learning, Education or related field
- 1-2 years of translation experience
- 1-2 years professional experience in childhood care, education, or related fields
- Proficient in oral and written English communication
- Demonstrated cultural humility

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish/Russian/Mandarin, Early Learning, Education or related field
- 1-2 years of professional translation experience
- Experience working in childhood care and education or related fields
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Translate and review educational materials from English to Spanish/Russian/Mandarin ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
- Collaborate with TRI staff, early childhood professionals, and university departments to support program communication
- Maintain developmental appropriateness of materials for early childhood audiences
- Adapt translations to reflect cultural humility and responsiveness
- Manage multiple translation projects and meet tight deadlines
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups including providers, teams, and administrators
- Apply systems thinking and attention to detail in translation and review processes
